  11. I baught a pheobe 28.8 modem.  Never got a 115000 connection, flaked
  12. half the time connecting to ISP at 14.4. Whew what a waist.  So I read
  13. pc world and there top choice is the 28.8 sportster, high connect,
  14. blah, blah.  But know I read here all kinds of probs.  All I really
  15. want is a damn good modem for $200.  Can I get one ??? wich one.
